1. How do I book the tours?

Send us an email including your dates, desires and availability. Our staff will contact you immediately to help you design the itinerary that best suits you.

2. How much in advance should I book my tours?
Booking your tours at least one month in advance gives you the chance to find our great guides available. We do not have a large team of guides but only few selected ones. They get booked quickly. We do not call other guides we do not trust in order to accept any request. We care about quality!
3. Are gratuities accepted by the tour guide?
Gratuities are customary in Italy in the tour sector. They are based on the quality of the service. Being our guides some of the best in Rome and top-rated in many specialist websites and maganizes, they expect an amount of 15-20% of the price at the end of the tour.
4. Can I pay for the tours by travellers cheques or credit cards?
There is a significant amount of extra fees we get charged when you use them. If you pay by travellers cheques or credit cards the price of the tour will be higher.
5. Is much walking involved? Are the tours fast-paced?
Our tours are led by experienced local guides that care about everyone's needs and base their pace on the phisical conditions of participants. That makes the tour very relaxing and more enjoyable with plenty of opportunities to rest and take pictures.
6. Do you offer other tours in Italy?
We have great partners in other parts of Italy that can provide you excellent tours as ours. Our staff will forward your requests to them and they will take care of you.
7. Do you offer tours in other languages?
We have great partners in Rome that can provide you excellent tours as ours in other languages. Our staff will forward your requests to them and they will take care of you.
8. Do you make customized tours?
If want to draw your own guided itinerary our staff will help you out with the planning, give you precious suggestions and constant support.
9. Do you give tours to groups?
Yes, we do but for large groups (more than 25) we often suggest to split it in two or three smaller one and each one is assigned to one fo our guides.
10. Is shopping allowed on tour?

During most of our tours you will walk by many appealing shops, groceries, markets and specialized delis. It is preferable not to shop on tour. However, you will be given great suggestions by your guide as well as directions to go back after your visit.

1. Are tours suitable for kids?

Some of our guides are specialised in tours with kids. They have a long-term experience and make the tour not only informative but also fun and engaging.

2. What happens in case of rain, strikes and other unforeseen events?
Rome has a lot of great monuments, museums and other attractions to offer. If one site is suddenly not accessible for a unexpected event our guides will find the perfect replacement and the tour will go on.
3. Do you offer trasfers from and to airport, stations and other sites?
Yes, we have great partners that can provide you trasfers in limos, van, bus, helicopters and other vehicles in Rome and all over Europe.
